And The Building Goes On!
The new homes at Oak Tree in Oakland Park continue to be as popular as ever. In fact, they are so popular that Pulte has slowed sales to a pace that is more manageable given supply chain demands.
In addition despite the challenges the builder is working hard to deliver homes. This is clear by the number of homes they delivered in the 3rd quarter versus the 1st quarter.
Based on our birdseye view there are about 75-80 single family homes that have either been built or are being built in Phase 1. This does not include the townhomes.
